We want you to love your ride, which is why Priority Bicycles offers a 30-day return policy for all bicycles and accessories in new, unassembled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the right fit or facilitate a smooth return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select your preferred resolution.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble your bicycle and pack it into its original manufacturer packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and securely affix to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver the package to the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
