Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Your bicycle will arrive 95% assembled. We provide all the tools and easy-to-follow video instructions to get you on the road in about 20 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your ride, you can return the bicycle in its original packaging for a refund. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with Velofix and local bike shops nationwide. During checkout, you can select professional assembly to have your bike delivered to and built by a certified mechanic.
Are your bicycles suitable for all weather conditions?
Absolutely. Because our bikes use rust-resistant frames and belt drives, they are ideal for coastal areas, rain, and snow. You won't have to worry about the drivetrain corroding from salt or water.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Priority Bicycle comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and fork, and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components, ensuring your investment is protected for the long haul.
