Thousand helmets come in three sizes: Small: head circumference of 21.25 - 22.50", Medium: head circumference 22.50 - 23.25", and Large: 23.25 - 24.50".
To accurately measure which size helmet you’ll need, wrap a tape measure around your head just above the ears – it should cross about an inch above your eyebrows.
